Introduction

Welcome to SimplyAble ("we", "us" or "our"). SimplyAble is the retail store of U-Plan Systems, a New Zealand-owned company. These Terms of Service apply when you use our website (simplyable.nz) or buy from us online or in our showroom. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Your consumer rights

These Terms do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If anything in these Terms conflicts with those Acts, the Acts apply.

Using our website

Please use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • commit fraud or any unlawful activity,
  • upload or spread viruses or other harmful software, or
  • try to access parts of the website you aren't authorised to use.

Products and advice

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including their sizes and weight limits. Please check that a product suits your needs before you buy. We can talk you through product options, but we don't provide clinical assessments. If you need one, please speak with your GP, occupational therapist or physiotherapist.

Products bought directly from SimplyAble are not funded by ACC, Enable New Zealand or other funding schemes.

Orders, prices and payment

  • Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • If a price on our website is clearly wrong, or a product is no longer available, we'll contact you before going ahead. We'll refund you in full if you choose to cancel.
  • We may change prices or discontinue products. Changes don't affect orders we have already confirmed.

Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery times, costs and pick-up. Once your order has been delivered or collected, you are responsible for it.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to return faulty items and how change-of-mind returns work.

Our liability

To the extent allowed by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by the website being temporarily unavailable. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to U-Plan Systems or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.
